[01:45] | There’s different ways you can cook asparagus. | 有好多种不同的做芦笋的方法 |

[01:51] | What I’ve got is my ones first of all | 我用我种的芦笋 首先 |
[01:54] | going into boiling, salted water, a minute and a half. | 用盐水煮一分半钟 |

[03:53] | ln a jam jar, a nice handful of chervil. | 把这一小撮细叶芹放到果酱罐里 |

[08:51] | I want them to fit in here, you don’t want them hanging out. | 我要全部放进这里 不要伸出来 |
[08:55] | Just snap them just so they fit inside the mould like that. | 折成两段 这样就能全部放进模具里去 |
[09:00] | I’m just going to blanch them in boiling, salted water | 用煮开的盐水把它们煮到发白 |

[10:11] | You want to work pretty damn quickly with filo pastry. | 做薄酥皮要非常快 |
[10:14] | It’ll start to dry and get fragile and then start snapping, | 因为它很快会变干变脆 然后就会碎 |

[11:28] | So, about a 100 grams of Lancashire cheese. | 用大约100克兰开夏芝士 |
[11:31] | Get that in there and mash it up. | 放进碗里 碾碎 |
[11:33] | Just sort of mix the cheese into the potato. | 把芝士与土豆混匀 |
[11:37] | Then, absolutely as if you were doing a mash, you know, | 就好像做土豆泥一样 |
[11:40] | you want a nice big pinch of pepper, pinch of sea salt | 一大撮胡椒加一小撮海盐 |
