[50:38] 当然大选夜之后的选举人再度投票 只是象征性的 不过美国只有29个州有法律规定 选举人在华盛顿开选举人会时 必须根据本州的选举结果投票 所以会出现个别不忠诚的选举人 在最后投票时 选择跟本州选民选举结果不同的候选人 另外在1876年大选出现选派选举人时产生争议的情况后 1877年国会立法 规定如果各州的选举人人选有争议 则由国会来决定该州的选举人 另外这个法律还规定 各州必须在选举人会议前6天向国会提交选举认证结果 在选举夜 媒体根据自己的模型判断胜负 但在法律上 必须所有的票都统计结束 由负责选举的官员进行公证后 结果才正式生效
