[20:20] | You can tell when a chicken’s good when you literally pinch it | 用手直接捏肉就可以知道鸡是否熟了 |

[20:34] | rubbed it over the chicken | 把它们涂抹在鸡腿上 |

[20:38] | What happens is, as the juices and fat cooks | 当肉汁和油从鸡腿被烤出来后 |

[20:46] | get that sticky marmite goodness you make gravy with | 会溢出美味粘稠的肉汁 |

[20:52] | l haven’t diced it up because, you know, l’ve got a life really. | 我没有用切的 是因为我太忙了 |

[21:00] | smoked bacon or pancetta, it’s top, top drawer, | 醺培根或意式培根 这是顶级的 |
